Evidence of Wear at Hotel Entrance

The entry way of a hotel is the first opportunity to welcome and make a positive impression on guests. Unfortunately, the floor of the entrance at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, a beachfront luxury resort, was in poor condition. The natural stone finish had traffic patterns and obvious signs of wear. We were able to hone, polish, and refinish this entrance during the least busy times, when very few guests were coming and going. The management and employees were grateful that we were able to minimize any disruption to the normal routine. With our natural restoration process, no stripping or coatings are required, so there were no strong odors to deal with and there was no need to wait on coatings to dry and cure. The entrance was available for immediate use as soon as we finished our work.
