Name - Anthony J. Maturo Location - West Palm Beach, FLI have recently contracted Marble Plus Floor Care to restore the marble floors at my home in Wellington. Although I seldom have reason to write a letter or recommendation, I felt compelled to take some time out of my day to write a few words in regards to my wonderful experience with this company.I have lived in this home for about eleven years now. Within this time I have had the floors done three times. Each time I spent a considerable amount of money to have companies come out and resurface the floors. The works was never satisfactory. They never spent more than a day or two with a buffing machine and sealer. Soon after, the floors were all dull again. This time I decided to do my research on the subject of resurfacing marble floors. With this new knowledge I was better prepared to interview several companies for the job.Out of all the companies I interviewed, Michael Davis of Marble Plus Floor Care was the most knowledgeable by far and came across as a very honest professional. His knowledge of restoring marble was not only in line with what I learned, he taught me so much more. I also like the fact that he was going to be on the job himself and their price was right in line with other companies providing less service then what Marble Plus proposed.Marble Plus spent several days at my home filling in hundreds of small holes in the marble and honing down the floor prior to polishing it up to a beautiful luster. My floors look like a million dollars and better than they ever did when new. They were always polite to me and my family and it was a pleasure having them in our home. I have been in construction all my life, built several homes and worked with hundreds of subcontractors. Rarely are you expectations exceeded and a job done to such satisfaction. Dear Michael, Just though I would share the information I submitted to the Better Business Bureau about your wonderful services and staff. Thank you so very much for all that you did. "They are extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and fair. I had a very large orange stain on my bathroom floor, which they determined was from a new loose powder face makeup I started using 6 months prior. Mr. Davis researched the makeup ingredients and quickly setup a date to try a spot check. It worked perfectly! His staff is polite, clean and professional. I have mostly marble flooring in our home and have used many stone/floor cleaning and polishing services-none as good as Marble Plus!

We had a marble contractor disapper in the middle of the marble installation. Marble Plus Floor Care came to assess the job, determined the best course of action and did a tremendous job at a reasonable price. Their workers were a pleasure to have in the house. They always arrived on time and left an immaculate work site at the end of the day. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. We’ve used Marble Plus for about 15 years and they’ve always done an excellent job. They came again recently to do all of our marble and stone floors and our granite and marble countertops and vanities. Everything looks brand new. Mark and Chris, who did the work, did a super job and were also careful to put every piece of furniture back in its original place. Michael and Tammy, the owners, are extremely customer focused and all-around nice people. I can’t say enough good things about the service everyone in this company delivers.

Marble Plus delivers professional services at a reasonable price. In addition, they stay with problems until they are fully resolved. I had a troublesome stain that resisted all standard treatments. MP stayed with the problem (without any follow-up from me) until it was fully resolved. Delightful people to deal with.
